BINADAMU BORA L.L.C. combines the features of a corporation, specifically the tax benefits and protections of a limited liability corporation.

BINADAMU BORA L.L.C. support itself through its Class A and Class B members' contributions, association memberships, plus e-commerce. BINADAMU BORA L.L.C. directs all its' revenue back into the association. Nevertheless, all debts are paid before Class A and Class B members receive dividends from BINADAMU BORA L.L.C. profits. Keep in mind, dividends are distributed to each Class A member and Class B member based on his or her initial investment interest in BINADAMU BORA L.L.C.

To ensure the BINADAMU BORA platinum and gold standard, all members are required to pay monthly and/or annual dues to maintain services provided by BINADAMU BORA L.L.C. Keep in mind, dues and contributions are attractively competitive based on fair market value (FMV). Association membership monthly or annual dues are made payable to BINADAMU BORA L.L.C. Membership dues can be paid monthly or annually whichever is convenient.
