      All financial transactions between BINADAMU BORA L.L.C. and its' customers, members, and clientele must go through legal financial institutions.

ATHLETE REPRESENTATION:

  Representatives who are under contract with BINADAMU BORA L.L.C role is to negotiate for their athletes' needs, such as, expenses for round trip travel, hospitality, appearance money, sponsorship / facilitation, wages, and earnings.

    Usually the "Racing Event and its' sponsor(s)' provide hospitality. Such generosity may cover travel, gifts, housing / lodging, dining, entertainment for qualified professional athletes and representatives. Usually, professional runners receive hospitality based on his or her elite world class ranking.

   Appearance money is also based on a professional Athlete's world class ranking. Usually, Athletes who meet such standards are considered for appearance money.

    The "Racing Event Sponsor(s), and / or Race Event usually provides winnings earned by the Athlete, and / or negotiated applicable appearance money to the athlete's Management. These payments are to be distributed to the athlete according to the contractual agreement between the Athlete and their Management.

     Again, as a reminder; appearance money is based on the Athlete's elite world class qualifying standards. 

SPONSORSHIP AND FACILATTION EXPLANATION:  

  Usually, Sponsorship and / or facilitators cover expenses not associated to racing events. However, sponsorship and facilitation are based on negotiated agreement(s). Usually Sponsorship and / or facilitation includes running kits, housing, nutrition, and a portion of insurance expenses. Nevertheless, insurance is based on jurisdiction and insurance law.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES EXPLANATION:

   For Management services that are provided for a professional runner Management usually redeems fifteen percent (15%) to twenty percent (20%) of everything an athlete earns, such as, sponsor deals, appearance fees, and prize money, no matter how small the racing event or winnings.

INTENTIONAL DECEPTION:

    Any wrongful or unlawful deception intended against BINADAMU BORA L.L.C or binadamubora.com for financial or personal gain will be handled by legal authorities.
